Why Skyr?
The real bonus with Skyr is it’s made from skim milk, which means it has little to no fat unlike Greek yoghurt which requires full fat milk as a starting point. Same high level of protein and calcium (arguably higher as the milk is more concentrated), but significantly less fat.
In terms of texture, Skyr is thicker than Greek Yoghurt and has slightly less acidic tang. Traditionally if it was made well, it would be so thick and creamy it wouldn’t fall off an upside-down spoon! Without the acidic tang of Greek yoghurt, it can easily be made sweet or savoury depending on what you are after.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
