Sub-Base Malt
Gladfield Rye Malt is produced from New Zealdand grown rye corn. Rye does not have an outer husk so it benefits from a finer mill setting than our malted barleys. The rye is malted with the same care as our other malts and modifies beautifully in the kiln.
- Use: Gives colour, spicy flavours and a clean, dry mouth feel.
- Rate: Recommend starting with 10%, can then be increased up to 50% for more rye flavour.
- Shelf life: At least one year when stored properly in dry conditions.

Returns
The stock market is always changing. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several entities, including the factory and our storage. Therefore, the actual inventory could change at any time. You may not receive your purchase after the order has been made.
Our policy lasts thirty days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased and we are unable to offer you a return or exchange.
The item you purchase must be in its original packaging and not be used. It must also be in its original packaging.
